Pidyon was established by Rabbi Dovid Bendory in early 2005 to develop innovative educational programming that would appeal to Jews who grew up without the benefit of learning about their own Torah tradition. Without such knowledge, it is impossible for us to make intelligent, informed Jewish choices — spiritual choices — in our adult lives.
